- Does dreamisch sell or commission portraits?
- Yes, dreamisch accepts commission for abstract and portraits. Please view our commission options.
- I noticed different styles of artwork posted on your social media, are any of them for sale?
- Most of the artworks posted are sold, however you can still inquire via our contact form to see if the specific artwork you're interested in is available. Feel free to identify the artwork with the quote used in the caption.
- What medium are artworks created in?
- Most abstract artworks are created with acrylic paints, acrylic gel mediums or ink.
- Portrait works are done using oil paints. Please note this can also increase the waiting time for a customized piece.
- Can I request artwork in a different size?
- The sizes shown on our website are standard size based on customer preference. If an original artwork is available in an irregular size such as a 15x30, it will be stated in the description.
- Commissioned artworks both abstract and portraits are available in various sizes. Please see our commission page for sizes to choose from.

- How long will my order take to ship?
- Orders can typically take anywhere from 6-8 business days. Once an order has shipped a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided to you.
- I changed my mind and want to purchase something else, can I cancel?
- Our system will give you 30 minutes from the time the order is placed to request a cancellation.
- What's your return or refund policy?
