Dreamisch is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction. All original artworks and some prints are final sale. However, there are exceptions. Please see below if you fall under our exception policy.

  • Damaged: If your item was damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24hrs to report the damaged item(s). Please note that all artworks are thoroughly inspected, packaged, and shipped carefully. Proof of damages maybe required. 
  • Color Discrepancies: We do our best to photograph artworks that show the original color the artist intends for the collectors' eyes. However, in rare cases colors may be slightly different due to pixilation or lighting. This can result in a painting being slightly lighter or darker. The exception for a refund will only be considered if for example; 
    1. You ordered a painting the color blue and received a painting the color orange. 
    2. You ordered a painting of a celebrity portrait and received a painting of a kitten with mittens.
    3. You ordered a drawing series and received a photograph. 
  • Dimensions: Each artwork displayed on our website accurately describes the dimensions of the artwork. You will not be issued a refund If you fail to properly measure the space you intend to display your art. Please note some original artworks are created on a gallery wrapped canvas. This means the artwork is on a canvas with a depth of 1.5-2 inches. Whereas standard canvases have a depth of 0.75 inches.
